Veggie Wedges

A versatile appetizer…easy to make!

Sometimes called Veggie Pizza…



Ingredients:

  • 2-8oz packages Refrigerator Crescent Rolls
  • 2-8oz packages Cream Cheese
  • 1 pkg Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • i cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • Broccoli, finely diced
  • Red pepper, finely diced
  • Carrots, finely diced
  • Other veggies, finely diced

Directions:

  1. Unroll both packages of crescent rolls and press together in the bottom of a cookie sheet to make the crust.
  2. Bake at 375° for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Meanwhile, in a bowl combine the cream cheese, dressing mix & mayo, mix well.
  4. Spread over cooled crust.
  5. Top with finely diced veggies (I use the food processor to dice them)
  6. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the veggies.
  7. Refrigerate until firm.
  8. Cut & serve.

    You forgot to put the cream cheese in the list of ingredients. Might have a lot of unhappy people who try this!

    You are so right Mickey! Sorry about that…it has been added and I hope hasn’t caused any stress!
