Quick, Glycemic Friendly Sweet Tea


1.) Buy Lipton Cold Brew Tea Bags

2.) In a Gallon Jug – fill with cold spring or filtered water – ┬áleaving room for ice cubes
3.) Add 3-4 tea bags (depends on your strength preference)
4.) Let it sit for 5 minutes
5.) Remove tea bags and stir
6.) Add agave nectar to sweeten (be careful with Agave – a little goes a long way!)

7.) Add Lots ‘O Ice
